Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is one of the most expressive and physically demanding disciplines in the aerial world. Students learn to climb, wrap, and descend through a progression of skills that build real strength, flexibility, and body control — all while developing a performance quality that's uniquely their own.

It's challenging. It's beautiful. And it's one of those things you'll want to do every single day once you start.

Our coaches build students up safely and progressively, from foundational climbs and foot locks to full sequences and drops. Whether you're just getting started or working toward performance-level skills, there's always a next step to reach for.

Please note: Students must be enrolled in an Acrobatics Class to take a Silks class.
