Lyrical

Lyrical dance lives in the space between technique and emotion. Students learn to connect movement to music and storytelling — taking the foundation of ballet and jazz and channeling it into something deeply expressive and personal. It's one of the most compelling styles to watch and one of the most rewarding to perform.

Our coaches guide students through technique, musicality, and the art of genuine expression — building dancers who don't just execute skills, but communicate something real when they move.

Lyrical develops flexibility, line, fluidity, and the performance quality that elevates everything else a dancer does. It asks you to be present, be vulnerable, and let the movement mean something.

Please note: Students must be enrolled in a Jazz and/or Ballet class to take Lyrical. This policy does not apply to Adult classes.
